From 19 February 2025 membership is changing.

 

The transition will be in stages.

Phase 1: membership is now £120 for a rolling year membership.  This will give you 21 days advance booking time.

For those that choose not to do the membership booking in advance will be 5 days.

 

The benefits of being a member of Brentwood Padel Club are that members can book up to 21 days ahead, non members only 5 day ahead booking time.

Members get a 15%-33% discount on court bookings.

Members will be able to play in club tournaments and take part in social events.

There will be member only offers.

Please be advised from 15 February 2025, the cancellation policy on court bookings will change from 48 hours to 72 hours.

 

Any courts cancelled prior to the 72 hours, the court fee will be returned as it is now to app balance.

 

After 72 hours, you will need to request a substitute as you do now.

 

If you are unable to find a substitute, you will be expected to offer your place as a 'free of charge' space or cover the cost of the places of the other 3 players.

 

When a court is booked in its entirety, ie one person pays for the court, you will no longer be able to convert this court to an open match should players drop out.  The 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

Your help is needed.......

As a current player at Brentwood Padel Club, and as part of our ongoing compliance, we are asking if you would all kindly visit your app and add your address details to your profile in order that we can comply with new compliance rules.  This tab can be found in the app under your name.  Click on your name, then account, followed by profile/membership and then complete the address tab.  

Your details are not visible on the app for everyone to see.

Please be assured all data protection rules are followed by the company.

We would appreciate your help in this matter.  This email will be circulated over the next few weeks on a regular basis in order that we can comply as well as showing as a news item on the app.
